How does Rebusel calculate shipping fees?

Rates depend on the Logistics base price and the calculation of parcel’s weight and dimension which is defined by the Seller. 

Seller will shoulder the excess cost of the shipping fee if there is a discrepancy between the estimated and the actual weight and dimension of the parcel.
