Rebusel is responsible only for facilitating reports/complaints from Buyers if the Buyer has not received the product within the estimated timeframe. In the event that the Buyer has not received the product within the estimated timeframe that the Product should have been received in accordance with the Rebusel Policies and the terms of the Rebusel Guarantee, the Buyer must file a report through the platform. Seller will get notification from the platform regarding the filed report. The Seller will be responsible in informing the Logistics delivery company.
Upon receipt of the product, the Buyer has three (3) days to make a request for the return of the item purchased and for its replacement should the item received be different from that ordered, broken, or cannot be used for the intended use based on the condition of the item when delivered by the third-party courier appointed by Rebusel and received by the Buyer.
The Buyer shall provide the necessary details for the return and replacement of the product. The Buyer shall upload a photo of the item delivered as proof and detailing the reasons why the product should be returned and replaced.
If within three (3) days from the delivery of the item and receipt of the item, the Buyer makes a request for the return of the item purchased and for its replacement, the Seller shall determine if the Buyer’s application for a return of goods and replacement is meritorious. Should the Seller find the request meritorious, the Seller shall provide the necessary arrangements for the return of the item and for its replacement. The Seller shall borne all the expenses for the return and replacement of the goods.
The Rebusel Guarantee is in addition and without limitation to the User’s and the Merchants’ obligations under applicable law, which may go above and beyond what is provided for by the Rebusel Guarantee. The Rebusel Guarantee is neither intended nor designed to assist the Buyer or the Merchants in complying with its own legal obligations, for which each party will remain solely responsible, and Rebusel accepts no liability in connection with the same. Without limitation, the Rebusel Guarantee does not constitute a product warranty
Buyer may apply for the return of the purchased item and refund should a problem arise in the transaction. The Buyer and the Seller agree to communicate with each other first to attempt to resolve such dispute by mutual discussions within the platform. Rebusel shall be free from any liability arising from the cancellation, return, and refund of products sold in the platform.
The Buyer has three (3) days to inform the Seller of any issue arising from the product involved through the Reclamation Button in his Dashboard. The report shall provide the details of the issue and upload photos in the platform.
The Seller has the option to deny the return request if the Buyer fails to provide the necessary details of the issue or insufficient proof that would warrant the return and replacement of the product.
The report shall go directly to the Seller. The Seller has seven (7) days to communicate with the Buyer and arrange for the return, refund, or replacement of the product involved.
Should the Seller fail to communicate with the Buyer and make the necessary arrangement, the Buyer shall be refunded and the product involved shall be returned to the Seller at the Seller’s expense.
Should the Seller and the Buyer come to an agreement regarding the return and replacement of the product involved, the Buyer has a fresh period of ten (10) days of Rebusel Guarantee.
This return and replace process is available to a Buyer for a maximum of three (3) attempts and should the Seller fail to make good the delivery of the product after the third attempt to replace, the Seller’s Account shall be blocked and Rebusel’s mediator shall be involved to resolve the dispute and be the sole judge of the case. Whatever decision the mediator arrives at shall be final and executory. No appeal nor objection shall be available to either party.
Rebusel reserves the right to cancel any transaction on the platform for valid/legal grounds, such as in certain cases where Seller and Buyer cannot or do not fulfill their obligations under the contract for sale between Seller and Buyer. Buyer agrees that Buyer’s sole remedy will be to receive a refund of the Buyer’s Purchase Monies paid into Rebusel Guarantee Account.
