Cancellation that can still be processed

A. To Pay (Buyer’s Page)

            1. All confirmed orders, awaiting for payment.

           2.This sometimes happen when the buyer clicked checkout then didn’t go through / proceed with payment

B. To Ship (Buyer’s Page) and Processing (Seller’s Page)

           1. All confirmed orders by the Seller (Status in Seller’s Page “Processing”)

Cancellation that cannot be processed

A. Status is “To Ship” for Buyers and “Processed”  for Sellers

            1. Buyer paid the order

            2. Seller has confirmed the order, it has been packed and driver has been assigned and ready for pick-up.,

B. Status is “To Receive for Buyers”

            1. Delivery is on-going or driver has been assigned.
